15 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product that you have received, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your package at info@osheabeauty.com to let us know that you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange and ensure that your name and order number are listed in your request. We will provide you with return/exchange instructions and you may ship your product back to us via any shipping method of your choice. Upon receipt, we will complete your request for an exchange or refund for the returned product. You will receive a refund email confirmation if a refund was requested.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package has been proven lost or damaged, please contact us at info@osheabeauty.com. We allow 30 days from receipt of email tracking number to process these claims. Please reference your order number if your package has been lost or completely damaged and we will issue you a full refund or send a replacement order to you. If your order is partially damaged, you may choose if you would like a refund for the damaged product or if you would like a replacement sent to you at no cost.
